This research focuses on the development of web-based e-learning systems using PHP and MySQL. E-learning platforms have become essential in modern education, providing flexible and accessible learning environments. The study aims to investigate the design, implementation, and optimization of e-learning systems using PHP for server-side scripting and MySQL for database management.
