<p><em>When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, including Indonesia, the government issued various policies, including in the world of education, one of the policies issued by the government was the teaching and learning process was carried out at home with an online system (Online), in order to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. As a result, many educators are not ready or not used to doing online learning processes, because the online learning process is different from face-to-face learning, both in terms of the learning model that is designed, the learning methods used, and the learning media.
