This study aims to determine the added value given by coconuts after being processed into coconut chips for SMEs in Labuan Lobo Village, Tolitoli Regency. The data analysis method used is value added analysis using the Hayami method. Processing coconut into coconut chips can increase the added value of the economy, namely the relatively high price compared to when the coconut was still unprocessed. from the average price of Rp.2,000/kg coconut to Rp.80,000/kg coconut chips. The added value obtained by the MSMEs of Labuan Lobo coconut chips is an average of Rp. 127,250/kg or 66.27% with an entrepreneur's profit of Rp. 122,650/kg or 63.88%.
