The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality significantly on customer satisfaction at online motorcycle taxi services in Tolitoli district. This study uses an associative research technique with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used was simple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents who were taken from customers who had used the online motorcycle taxi service drain Tolitoli. The data used are primary data which is the result of respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed, in this study it shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Seen from Y= 8.44+0.779 X.
