Abstract

 This observes pursuits to research the influence of job satisfaction, employee commitment and self-efficacy on worker performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Lestari Tuban Regency. The region of this research is Perumda Air Minum Tirta Lestari Tuban Regency that's positioned on Jl. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo No. 34, Sidorejo, Tuban sub-district, Tuban Regency, East Java. The time of this studies was performed in November - December 2022. The method used on these studies is a quantitative technique. The population used in this observe were all employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Lestari Tuban Regency with a complete of 121 employees. The sample used makes use of the slovin approach (errors 5%) of 93 personnel. Sampling method with Proportional Random Sampling. This research uses the SPSS Statistic evaluation device. The outcomes of this studies is that job satisfaction has a non-significant and positive impact on employee performance, employee commitment has a non-significant and positive impact on employee performance, Self-Efficacy has a positive significant impact on employee performance. The outcomes of the R2 test (coefficient of determination) show that job satisfaction, employee commitment and Self Efficacy are able to explain 37.2% of employee performance variables at the same time as the 62,8% remaining is showed by the other variables.
