Role

The roles and workflow structure in Open Journal Systems (OJS) are designed to ensure that journal management is systematic, well-organized, and transparent. Each role has distinct responsibilities, ranging from journal system administration and initial manuscript screening to peer review, copyediting, layout preparation, proofreading, and publication. This role distribution and workflow are implemented in the Public Health and Safety International Journal (PHASIJ) to support an efficient editorial process and maintain the quality and integrity of scholarly publishing.
