Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Matematika 3 Bagi Mahasiswa Melalui Teams Assited Individualization

This research aims to enhance the learning motivation of students in the Mathematics 3 course through Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning. This study is a Classroom Action Research conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 3 meetings. The research subjects were 3rd-semester students of Class A, Civil Engineering Study Program, Institut Teknologi Garut, Academic Year 2024/2025, with the researcher acting as the Mathematics 3 lecturer for that class. Research data was obtained through observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive comparative. The research results concluded that the application of TAI learning in the Mathematics 3 course can increase students' learning motivation. Observations showed an increase in students' mathematics learning motivation from initially low to moderately high. Therefore, it is recommended that mathematics lecturers consider implementing TAI learning in their mathematics classes.
