Section Polices
1. Original Research Articles
Description
This section publishes original research articles presenting significant scientific or technological contributions in engineering, information technology, computer science, and related applied sciences.
Submissions should demonstrate a clear research objective, an appropriate methodology, valid results, critical discussion, and a meaningful contribution to the relevant field.
Review Policy
All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening. Manuscripts that meet the journal's requirements and scope are forwarded for external peer review by qualified reviewers with relevant expertise.
Publication Criteria
Articles must demonstrate originality, methodological rigor, appropriate references, and clear scientific contributions.
2. Review Articles
Description
This section welcomes scholarly review articles that critically examine, synthesize, and evaluate existing research in engineering, information technology, and related technological fields.
Review articles should provide a clear review objective, a structured synthesis of relevant literature, critical analysis, identification of research gaps, and recommendations for future research.
Systematic literature reviews should describe their search strategy, selection criteria, and synthesis methods sufficiently to support transparency and reproducibility.
Review Policy
Review articles undergo editorial screening and external peer review. The editorial team evaluates their relevance, coverage of the literature, analytical depth, and contribution to the development of knowledge.
3. Technical and Applied Research Articles
Description
This section publishes research focused on the design, development, implementation, testing, and evaluation of engineering systems, software applications, information systems, computational methods, and other technological solutions.
Submissions should provide more than a description of a developed system. Authors are expected to explain the underlying research method, system design, evaluation procedures, experimental results, and the significance of the findings.
Review Policy
Manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening and external peer review to assess technical validity, methodological quality, practical relevance, and research contribution.
4. Editorial and General Policies
All manuscripts submitted to EATIJ must comply with the journal's author guidelines, publication ethics policy, and plagiarism-screening requirements.
Manuscripts must be original, appropriately referenced, and not simultaneously under consideration by another journal. All submissions are subject to editorial assessment, and external peer review is conducted for manuscripts considered suitable for further evaluation.
The final decision to accept or reject a manuscript rests with the responsible editor, taking into account the review reports, scientific quality, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with publication standards.
EATIJ reserves the right to return manuscripts for revision or reject submissions that do not meet the journal's requirements.
5. Section Assignment
The editorial team determines the appropriate section for each manuscript based on its content, research objectives, methodology, and contribution.
A manuscript may be reassigned to another section when the alternative section better reflects its scholarly content and the journal's publication structure. Authors may be consulted when clarification is necessary.
6. Publication Ethics and Quality Assurance
All sections of EATIJ follow the journal's policies on publication ethics, plagiarism screening, conflicts of interest, peer review, corrections, and retractions.
The journal is committed to ensuring that editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, research integrity, and relevance rather than personal, institutional, or commercial considerations.
